Once the perfect bar is designed, it's time to choose the right cartons. Our bars can be individually packed, directly placed in retail shelf-ready displays, or offered in multipacks of 3-5 bars, also packed into displays. For those seeking efficiency, such as maximizing container floor loading, we can pack these displays into secondary packaging, which consists of larger cartons.
Process of development:
To better understand the process, we summed it up for you in 7 steps.
1. Project Definition
In this initial phase, we collaborate closely with your team to understand your vision, goals, and brand identity. We discuss the specific nutritional bars you want to create, whether it‘s wholesome muesli bar, protein-packed energy bar, or delicious nut bar. Clear project objectives are established, including target market, dietary preferences, and packaging requirements. The more closely you define your dream bar, the better the result will be. In this step, we will also need to know the quantities, that you are inquiring.
2. Recipe Preparation
Choose our existing bar, get inspire by existing bar or make your own dream bar! Our experienced inhouse R&D department work diligently to develop the perfect recipes for your snack bars. We consider taste, texture, nutritional content, and ingredient sourcing. Whether it is a gluten-free protein bar or a fiber-rich muesli bar, we ensure that the formulation aligns with your brand’s ethos and meets industry standards.
3. Preliminary Price Offer
Once the recipe is finalized, we provide you with a detailed preliminary price offer. This includes the cost of ingredients, production, and packaging. We aim to strike a perfect balance between quality and affordability. You will have a clear understanding of the investment required to bring your dream bar to market.
4. Samples Tasting
Taste matters! We create small batches of your white label bars for sampling. You and your team get to taste the flavour, assess texture, and provide us feedback. Whether it is the chewiness of a protein bar or the crunchiness of a nut bar, we refine the recipe based on your preferences. Together with the samples, you will receive a more accurate quote and preliminary product specifications including nutritional values and ingredient list.
5. Production Tests
Before full-scale production, we conduct production tests. This verifies whether the bar is suitable for industrial production and we definitely confirm the price calculation. The output is this is a first small batch of bars that will already precisely match the final product.
6. Final Product Specification and Pricing
When the successful production test is performed, we provide you with the final product specification including all the necessary legislation information. During this step, you will also find out, what the final price of your bar will be. When you have the specs in your hands and you know the price, all the information about the bar is available, so we just have to dress the bar up and we are ready!
7. Graphics Design
Visual appeal is crucial for successful private labelling. We either provide you with the packaging layouts so that you can create your graphics inhouse or send us your ideas, logo manual and let us do the magic for you. From logo placement to colour schemes, we ensure that your brand identity shines through.
8. Production and Shipping
Once all checks are complete, we kick off production. Our state-of-the-art facility will produce your nutritional bars with absolute precision. From mixing the ingredients to shaping the bars, we follow strict quality protocols. Once packaged, the bars are ready for shipping. Whether you want to arrange the transport by yourself or you want us to take care of the logistics, we are here for you to make the delivery smooth and flawless.
